We provide home-making and personal care services to individuals from the age of 0-99 years old.
You choose who you want to care for you. This individual can be a family member or friend.
It is always a good match to work with someone you know and are comfortable with.
If you don't know anyone that you want to work with, we will match you up with one of our 55 staff members that best fit your personality and goals for your care.
We always try to match our staff to our recipients so that they fit well together and form a bond that may last a lifetime. We think of our recipients as an extension of our family as well and put their needs first. We pride ourselves on responding to your questions, concerns, and needs in a timely manner. What do we offer? How does it work?

1. The first step to receiving personal care or home-making services is to have the family member or person call us at 218.477.0333.
2. Once we are contacted, a meeting will be scheduled to complete necessary client paperwork.
3. If the recipient has already had a Health Assessment by the Department of Human Services, we have you contact the county where you live and can assist you with this to inform the Department of Human Services you have chosen a provider for your care, (The Family Link of Minnesota). Once the Department of Human Services completes the process, we will receive a service agreement to provide you with personal care or home-making services.
4. If the recipient has not had a Health Assessment by the Department of Human Services, then we contact the county where you live and provide you with a referral to receive the Health Assessment.
5. Services may or may not be granted. This is dependant upon your Health Assessment and the Department of Human Services.
